Matsutec Hp528a Ais update 1

Описание: Just a quick update on the matsutec AIS transponder. IT WORKS!!!
during our run out to Wells next the sea, we gave the unit a good test. It receives and shows our position to others, and on Marinetraffic.com and oncourse we could see our position and track, and so could friends on shore watching our progress.
I have seen comments from purchasers who have bought a hp528 of hp33 and found no vhf connection. The devil is in the detail. you need to buy the versions named hp-528a or hp-33a it looks like the a stands for ais.

I will add, I bought this unit myself, and have no connections or links to Matsutec. These are my own views.
