At the age of 19 Ajay Ajmera left his studies and started doing odd jobs in Surat Textile Market. His talent did not go unnoticed and he was offered a job in a leading textile company where he worked for 20 years and climbed the corporate ladder swiftly.

However, in 2011, he was moved by the problems faced by small retailers who were not given merchandise by manufacturers. Thus he founder Ajmera Fashion and started helping anyone who wished to do clothing and apparels business.

Till now Ajay Ajemra has touched and revolutionised the lives of more than 1,00,000 budding entrepreneurs and has made more than 10,000 underprivileged women self-reliant through clothing business. Also, his latest venture - Ajmera Trends Franchisee is growing speedily across the nation.
