Описание: The Koff is an ex-green-beret who's caught in the middle of an evil plot by the CIA and R Lee Ermey's Oil Company owner to own the (as far as I know) fictional middle eastern country of Qumir.

It's a quite entertaining movie from towards the end of Cannon Picture's life, that's worth sticking with just to see Dudikoff go kill-crazy in the final ten minutes.
