Pocket Ship project. Time-lapse starting the upper hull assembly
KBYC Season 02 - episode 12
After completing the big milestone of installing the decking, upper hull assembly begins. First setting the seatback frames in place with clamps & stitching the rear wall of the cabin in place at the forward edge of the cockpit deck. Then placing & stitching in the topside panels, with tack welds of epoxy between each stitch. Making sure the topsides lineup with the straight vertical line of the stern when viewed from in front. After those tack welds have cured & the stitches are pulled out, substantial structural fillets will follow consisting of epoxy mixed with wood flour.
