Ducati Desert X skid plate . Weight : 3.5Kg, made of High Density PolyEthylen plastique, it fully covers the engine block until the radiator. The design of an exclusive front fixation will avoid to smash your cases and will offer an easy way to fit and remove the plate. On the left side, it will protect the water pump without any direct link on the case and with a foam in between. No vibrations, no deformation, no metallic noise from rock impact are as many advantages as you don’t find with an alloy plate. More again, this material allows to save from 30 to 40% of the weight compared to a similar design and thickness in alloy. Sabot Ducati Desert X en plastique polyéthylène haute densité . PRE COMMANDES pour livraison fin Mai. Poids : 3.5Kg , conçu en PEHD d’épaisseur 8mm, notre protection couvre l’intégralité du bloc moteur jusqu’au-dessous du radiateur. La conception d’un système unique de fixation avant évitera l’écrasement contre les carters en cas d’impact et permettra également un montage / démontage facile. Côté gauche de la moto, notre sabot protège entièrement la pompe à eau sans aucun lien direct avec le carter. Une mousse est fournie pour éliminer le contact direct sur la pompe à eau. Pas de vibrations, pas de déformations, pas de bruit métallique dû aux impacts, c’est autant d’avantages qu’on ne retrouve pas sur des sabots alu, sans compter le gain de poids : 30 à 40% plus léger pour un produit à caractéristiques égales.
