A 9-year-old girl. Ishika was
brought to Rishi Hospital, Lucknow
with complaints of walking
difficulty. The patient was walking on
the outer part of the fore foot with
raised heel, both feet were
involved.
She was a case of Cerebral palsy
with spastic quadriparesis.
(दोनों पैरों और हाथों में भी दिक्कत)
On 19-12-2020 her operation was
done, muscle/tendons imbalance
was corrected.
An excellent improvement
in walking is achieved within one
year, parents are highly satisfied.
