Enchanting Plus mod Bit-by-Bit by Mischief of Mice!
Enchanting Plus mod adds in a customizable enchantment table that allows you to enchant or remove existing enchants as you like. It may cost more XP in the end but it will likely give you what you are looking for. It also adds in beautiful animated enchantment books that can be used in place of bookshelves! Well worth it, would enchant again!
