This is the sunrise on this 4th of July pristine morning.
NOTE: Ocean wave sounds are broadband, they span a wide range of frequencies, but have certain dominant low-frequency components. The breaking wave we hear in this video produces frequencies in the range of 0.1 to 10 kHz that overlap with theta and delta brainwave frequencies (4–8 Hz and 0.5–4 Hz), which are associated with deep relaxation, meditation, and even early developmental in the womb.
