This is Richard Hatch's "The Great War of Magellan" trailer that he produced out of his own pocket in which he also starred, wrote, and directed.
The story is about the life and adventures of Akillian (Richard Hatch), a Galactic trader of many cycles who has lost his family and is searching the known universe for other beings like himself, special beings whose talents will be needed to survive the coming war with the Kabba. He attempts to band with the remaining tribes of humans together to fight a common foe to win their freedom and eventually live their lives in peace.
