A road race along undulating lanes through scenic Chiltern countryside near Chesham. There is the option of completing the 10 mile event (two laps of the five mile route) as a solo runner or as a pair (one lap each).
Participants should be able to complete the 10 mile course in under two hours and the relay five mile course under one hour. Prizes are awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd male and female, and first in three age categories for both male and female runners. Prizes for the relay are awarded to the first male, female and mixed gender teams.
50% of profits are shared with the Arctic One Foundation, a charity that provides opportunities for people with disabilities to get involved in sport through their grants system, events, training days and through working with other charities to provide resources and raise awareness.
