Ingredients:
Dough:
Melted butter - 180 g.
Sugar - 150 g.
Flour - 350 g.
Cocoa powder - 40 g.
Baking powder - 1 tsp.
A pinch of salt
Filling:
Cottage cheese - 500 g.
Sugar - 100 g.
Egg - 1 pc.
Vanilla extract - 1 tsp.
Bake for about 25 - 30 minutes at 180 °C / 355 °F.

Sift the flour and cocoa into a bowl, add the baking powder and salt. Mix well until smooth. In a separate bowl, combine the sugar and melted butter, mix well.
Combine the dry and wet ingredients and knead into a smooth dough. Divide the dough into two equal parts. Wrap each part in plastic wrap and place the dough in the freezer for about 1-2 hours.
While the dough is freezing, prepare the filling.
In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Then, using an immersion blender, beat the cottage cheese until smooth and creamy.
Remove the dough from the freezer and grate one part of the dough on a coarse grater, as shown in the video. Spread the grated dough evenly on a baking sheet, spread the cottage cheese filling on top of the dough and spread evenly. Grate the second part of the dough on top of the cottage cheese filling. Carefully spread the grated dough and level the edges.
Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180 °C / 355 °F and bake for about 25-30 minutes. Then let it cool slightly and cut into individual cookies.
The chocolate Cookies are ready!
