Minimum preparations: I decided to discover the aircraft as if I was put in there and told: "You find out!" A bit tricky, especially having to fly under a bridge, twice. I do know how to make life complicated...
Flown manually, no use of AP! The best way to have fun: by actually doing it!
Take off from Shellharbour YSHL and landing at Tamworth YSTW.

This was my first flight in this aircraft.
I take off without using the afterburner, to test, and show, that this is possible. This way, I save fuel, because it "drinks" fast otherwise!

To make things more difficult, I head North, and fly twice under Sydney Harbour Bridge, with some aerobatic maneuvers. It's easy to push it too hard...
I then head North to Tamworth, where I make my first landing in this aircraft.
Forward view is a bit reduced due to the low canopy that allows for supersonic flight.
I decided to err on the side of caution by landing late: it felt weird, so I had to get the hang of it, to avoid a mishap. At high angle of attack, the XB-1 loses speed quickly, so we must keep some power (but not too much!).

Like the real aircraft, it likes to take a generous angle of attack at low speeds.

After landing, I taxi the aircraft. I make sharp turns to show it turns very well.
After turning the 3 engines off, I show the aircraft in details.

Because I fly fighter jets a lot, I found this aircraft a bit underpowered, but it is not! It is me wanting to fly around the whole planet in... 15 minutes...
