In the post-pandemic situation, it is advisable that we should rethink our strategies and the ways we do and see business. Funding coming in from all around the world dried up and it is very difficult for start-ups to launch and take off. This talk is designed to focus on the ways to flourish in the post-pandemic environment including digitalization of the business and will be keen to mention the ways one is going to fail if we don’t change our approach, including but not limited to the fields of tourism and food industry. 4+ years of strategy and consulting experience in large project management, analytics, logistics, and demand planning. Experience in solving problems in multiple industries (metals and mining, steel, IT, Natural gas, and analytics) across Africa and India. An avid traveler - 23 countries and counting.
