Colours of India – RSTV’s weekly cultural diary brings you up close with what’s latest in the Indian cultural scenario.
We begin on the sunny shores of Andaman and Nicobar and bring you some local performances from the island followed by Dastkari Haat Samiti’s annual Craft Bazaar where we learn the artistry in carpet weaving.
Next, some soulful sitar notes by Subrata De and an enthralling combination of Bharatanatyam & Odissi by Sreyashi Dey and her disciples followed by a violin recital by Darshan Singh Sur.
And finally on Food Trail, we bring you glimpses of tribal delicacies from the first of its kind Tribal Food Festival held at Baba Kharak Singh Marg, New Delhi.
