Due to Foulborn items going core in 3.28, it's now possible to reach 100% of physical hit damage taken as elemental via core game mechanics in Path of Exile: Mirage. However, the addition of the new Volatile Vaal Orb has also impacted these setups to make them much stronger overall, requiring less total gear pieces, albeit with a steep cost.
