The 3 Peaks training has officially begun... and this week pushed the boys HARD.
We headed to Queen Elizabeth Country Park to start building stamina on the mountain bikes - because climbing hills might be brutal... but downhill on a bike makes it SO worth it.
Frank absolutely stepped up this week and even gave us a full park tour.
Then it was straight into scooter progression mode with sessions at XC Hemel and Pitt Street Skatepark, working alongside Coach Danny on competition line building, trick linking, and confidence under pressure.
The boys wanted to send the resi at XC Hemel... but first they had to earn it by clearing the box jump. No shortcuts this week.
This is just the start of the journey as Sylv and Frank begin training for the UK 3 Peaks Challenge - building strength, confidence, and resilience one session at a time.
