We spent a couple hours at the Fort Worth location and got a pretty good feel for the gym. I have visited over 200 gyms and have built a solid measurement system to help decide if it's the gym for me. My Gym Score for Absolute Recomp is 6.7 out of 10.
There are so many reasons this gym didn't score higher and we didn't have in this video to share them all. I can tell you that my score criteria consists of 5 categories:
Vibe
Equipment
Maintenance
Staff
Location
The categories are weighted toward my preference which is heavy on vibe. And this one had pretty low marks in that category.
