➔ In Russia at the end of the 19th century, with the Empire on the brink of revolution, one man will change history forever. Rasputin, an enigmatic Siberian monk, enters the inner circle of Tsar Nicholas II. He comes to have true ascendancy over the Tsarina, becoming a powerful shadow ruler. They call him the mad monk, but many believe in his supernatural powers, which they say saved the life of the tsar's son. His influence has no limits and neither does his ambition. The world will not be the same when he comes to power.
