Follow along as we go through the process of figuring out how to get a lighting system in our greenhouse with no power. We end up with a 12-volt battery, along with a power inverter, to allow us to use 120-volt plug-in LED shop lights. A solar panel kit from Harbor Freight gets installed and takes care of recharging the battery. Along the way, Jamie shares the testing and the data gathered to help make informed decisions.
Finally, get an updated greenhouse tour of the plants already started, as well as a look at a carrot bucket project we are trying again this year.
