Outdoor Window Cleaner Recipe

Here’s a quick and easy recipe for homemade outdoor window cleaner. You simply mix the ingredients, put them into a hose end sprayer and spray on the windows. After spraying it on the windows, let it sit for a few minutes and spray it down with fresh water.

This recipe works great, especially for 2nd story and other hard to reach windows.

Here are the steps in this video:

0:16 In your water, add the dish soap.

0:26 Add a little bit of ammonia for extra cleaning power and degreasing.

0:33 Then add Jet Dry for your dishwasher. Any brand is fine.

0:44 Mix and pour into your hose end sprayer. Connect to your hose and spray your windows.

0:57 How to set up the hose end sprayer so it works best with the outdoor window washer.

1:20 Spray your windows with the outdoor window washer, let it sit for a few minutes and spray it down with fresh water.
