Download "RT Color Correction (Filter Correction) - Battlefield 3".zip

Download and Run Reshade. (https://reshade.me/)
Browse to your BF3 directory and select BF3 or if not visible in menu.
Select "Direct3D 11" if available.
"Uncheck all" effects (bottom left) and check "Color effects by prod80".
"Uncheck all" and check "PD8004_RT_Correct_Color.fx" "PD8004_Selective_Color.fx"
Copy the files from "RT Color Correction (Filter Correction) - Battlefield 3".zip and replace them inside the BF3 directory.
Disable origin ingame if input is not detected ingame.
Done!
