Seppy goes down to a gentle tap on the head, I guess?
This is the standard Failed Doom strat for classes without innate -all: kill Caitiff because lol, then slowly grind down Seppy until you can one-shot him with Ice Scythe Proc + Tickles + your biggest skill. It works with Student, it works with Ascendant, it even works with Riftwalker (thanks, Dragon Nova!), and with the power of Grove Tender to escape your ghetto Chi Bomb's Evil Lock, it works for Chronomancer and Chronocorruptor as well.
We also use GT to do a bit more damage vs Caitiff to speed up the fight.
Hey, Grove Tender's all seek is finally useful for something... that is very, very much a shitpost. I actually recorded a previous run where I didn't need GT to kill Seppy at all.
