Yangjaecheon Stream is the second tributary of the Han River, originating from Gwanaksan Mountain in Gwacheon, Gyeonggi Province, where Cheonggye and Yuryongsan Mountain join Yeongdong 1-gyo Bridge, and flows northeast of Seocho-gu and Gangnam-gu, Seoul to join Tancheon. Yangjae Stream's water grade is level 3.
