In this video, I walk to the mall in Hoogezand (Netherlands). I live close to the mall, so I can walk there easily.
Because I have had panic attacks, I don't dare to go outside very much, because I am afraid of having another panic attack. My psychologist told me to practice in order to dare to go outside more. That is why I went to the mall by myself today and it went well. And this is what I am now going to try to practice more.
