In this video, Viktor Nestulia, Head of OCP's Ukraine Support and Head of the DREAM Project Office explains Ukraine's new Digital Reconstruction Ecosystem for Accountable Management (DREAM), launched at the Ukraine Reconstruction Conference in London.
DREAM is an electronic platform that will provide transparency form start to finish of each project implementation. But providing transparency, it will be the place for all different actors to prioritize and coordinate.
The Ministry of Community, Territories and Infrastructure Development (Ministry of Restoration) together with the State Agency for Restoration and in cooperation with the Open Contracting Partnership are developing and implementing DREAM.
