Описание: After touring beautiful Srinagar in episode 1 of the Himalayan Diaries, I moved on to Kargil and then onwards to Leh.
This episode is all about the journey from Srinagar via Kargil (the Covid scenario/ road tolls etc) and all the pit-stops and places you must visit on the way. Also one of the toughest journey's - to Khardungla. We clearly underestimated the weather and paid for it! We never expected rain and snow all at once, but there we were, with brake fails, harsh weather & a lot more challenges.
Nonetheless, one of the most beautiful route and journey!
