Double Tuna Hookups & Fishing Alliance Chaos- Wicked Tuna

Описание: In this bluefin-packed segment from season 7 of Wicked Tuna, the competition to be top boat on the leaderboard gets out of control causing several captains to form fishing alliances with other boats out of sheer pressure to catch tuna and produce paychecks. As the alliances are revealed, the old phrase “strength in numbers” rings true as the Gloucester fleet begins to hook up left and right.

The first alliance is the Pinwheel and Brad on the Fish Hawk, born out of their shared dislike of Dave from Tuna.com, formed after Captain Tyler McLaughlin fights and lands 2 tuna all by himself, which proved to be too much to handle.

The second was Dave from Tuna.com and Marciano from Hard Merchandise, which quickly went South when the Hard Merch had to steam in to address mechanical problems, then was lied to by “tricky Dave” Dot Com, who withheld valuable fishing intel once they made it back out. Marciano has the last laugh though, when he does his own thing and lands the biggest tuna of the season at 856 pounds! Oh revenge is sweet!

Lastly, Captain Paul Hebert of the Wicked Pissah teamed up with TJ Ott and the Hot Tuna crew initially yielding them tuna, but getting dissolved when Paul got angry about Mikey Ott sharing fishing intel over the radio.

These alliances are proof that they can be a valuable tool, but must be formed with caution as these Captains have some big personalities and with their livelihoods at stake, can get pretty sensitive about information.
