I haven't done much metal casting lately and I had been missing it. I have a project coming up where these castings are going to be used and I wanted to get the best results possible. Casting using lost foam works, but it can produce rough results, but casting in plaster normally requires a burnout process, and I don't have a furnace for that. I have a couple of ideas that I share in this video which I think will solve that problem.
