Ingredients:
Egg: 1
Cheese slice: 1
Bread slices: 2
onion: 1/2, chopped
green chili: 1, chopped
turmeric: 1/4 tsp
salt: 1/2 tsp
ghee: 1 tsp
coriander leaves: 1-2 tsp, chopped
black pepper powder: 1/4 tsp

cheese omelette sandwich is a really quick and easy breakfast recipe which you can make in under 5 minutes.
I made this with ghee which is a natural fat and hence it is super healthy and will keep you fuller for a longer time, perfect way to kick start your day. If you are planning to pack it for lunch box, then I would suggest you to toast both the bread slices so that it will not be soggy but if you are serving it right away then prepare as shown in the video.
If you are making this for kids omit the green chilies.
