I do this veggie prepping to make cooking easier and more likely to happen. Towards the end is my preps in use making the omelette and frittata that was posted earlier along with just a bit of commentary.
Continue to bear with me because this is a learning process. The audio and speaking needs work, but it's fun to think that my children and theirs can one day use this as a means to see what and how I cooked and the things I did (Hi guys!!). I wish I had this for my passed grandmothers. Enough sentiments. Enjoy and may this be helpful.
