The LOEWER RotoMaster KR-1500 first grinds off the primary burr of the workpiece after the sheet inlet. This grinding increases the service life of the following deburring tools. You can find abrasive cloth belts in our online shop in all common sizes for every machine manufacturer.
After pre-grinding, the large deburring wheel unit of the LOEWER RotoMaster KR-1500 is used. With four 250mm wide and four 520 wide boeck deburring wheels, the LOEWER RotoMaster KR-1500 rounds the workpiece. The deburring wheels rotate and oscillate over the conveyor belt to reach every edge of the workpiece. The boeck deburring wheels grind a radius of 2.7 mm into the workpiece edge on the LOEWER RotoMaster KR-1500 in this video.
