We got together with legendary Australian guitarist Dave Leslie, and filmed him mucking around with our new amplifier, the Iron Duke.
In this demo, we're focusing on the clean channel. This channel features a boost mode with an independant volume control, as well as a switchable 'gain mod', giving 4 different voicings. Dave played a variety of guitars to test these British flavoured tones out. The unboosted clean is voiced more like a 'class A' British clean, whereas the boosted clean is a classic, fat, crunch.
Besides having a supurb clean sound, a wonderful, fat classic rock boosted mode, the Iron Duke is also a wonderful platform for pedals, as is demonstrated by the last two clips, which feature the Iron Duke being driven by our Crunch Box Distortion pedal.
