Описание: I went to Ruby’s Café in Islamabad not once, not twice, but three separate times to form a fair and well-rounded opinion.

Ruby’s has a 3.8-star rating, mixed reviews, and a reputation for being one of the more bougie, international-style restaurants in Islamabad. Instead of doing a quick first-impression review, I decided to take my time. I ordered different dishes across multiple visits, spread out over several months.

This is also my longest and most detailed restaurant review to date.

In this video, I talk about whether Ruby’s actually lives up to its reputation, which dishes genuinely impressed me, one dish that completely missed the mark, how the restaurant handled honest feedback, and whether the mixed reviews are actually justified.
