I'm not proud on the appearance of this one and I know how to make it so much better in the future but I still wanted to share my first attempt of these tuna sushi balls with you. I'll do it again and share the better version in a week or two!
Cook up some sushi rice, drain and leave to cool
Put some tuna, lemon juice, sriracha, mayonnaise, rice wine vinegar, chopped gherkins, shallot, garlic and chilli flakes in a bowl and give it all a really good mix together
Separate out the sushi rice and place some filling inside and sort of ball it up
Place them into a frying pan with some sesame seeds on top to heat and crisp up a little before serving with any leftover mixture
