Having combined clinical and pharmacovigilance experience of more than 11 years, He has worked with many large pharmaceutical clients setting up and managing projects for aggregate reports, signal detection, literature management, and Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSR) management.

Additionally supporting multiple projects (Including mid-size and large-size) on process/quality improvement.

As part of the core committee for employee engagement, He has supported implementing various initiatives for employee engagement for the India team.

As part of the business development team, He has traveled across Europe, the US, and Asia for setting up new projects and bid defense meetings for potential clients.
