This is a run using Azir at 3* and no epic relics against Lissandra. Relics are just 3 star gems. I think the epic build might be Oath of the Guardians and 2x Star gem, or maybe Stacked Deck.
The idea is that since you can roll for Katarina at the start, you just do that. Draw both your champions and attack infinite times to win the game. That's the whole thing. If you can get Vestige of Helia, that prevents Lissandra from removing you which is pretty nice.
