The voices intensify as we learn the true extent of Max's lifelong social deprivation. We then get a hint of what's to come, as the hint suddenly starts to sound threatening. The sinister theme from before returns horribly, like nails on an electronic board, with such visceral noises, it makes sense how badly Max was electrocuted. the intense chorus communicates the concept that unlike before he is a man with power. every instrument used in this track is electric, devoid of organic sounds and perfectly represents Electro's powers.
