Ironwood Beach 🏖️ Maui, Hawaii 🌺

Описание: Ironwood Beach is a beautiful white sand beach tucked away in north Kapalua on West Maui, Hawaii. Hidden from the road and out of sight, Ironwood Beach is one of the least crowded beaches in Kapalua! Grab a beach towel and enjoy the sounds of the ocean along with amazing views of surrounding islands! This beach has the Ironwood Cliffs to the south end of the beach and Dragons Tooth (a natural rock formation jetting out into the ocean resembling the teeth of a dragon) to the north! This beach is not in a resort area but close enough! The Kapalua Coastal Trail is a beautiful walking/ hiking trail that connects Napili Bay Beach and Kapalua Beach at the south end to D. T. Fleming Beach and the Ritz Carlton to the north. Jump on this trail and walk along the amazing Ironwood Cliffs while enjoying the wildlife and power of the ocean crashing into the cliffs below! Whales (in the winter months) and dolphins can be seen regularly from this area!

There is a small parking lot located at the north end of the beach and a shower area but no restrooms or other amenities. Waves can be unpredictable and get pretty big and dangerous at times coming from northern swells! Locals have nicknamed this beach “Shitfalls” because of the unpredictable waves and prefer to not surf here.
This beach is mostly known to the locals whom reside just above the beach and great place for wedding photos!
