Taking Cooking food back to basics.

Ingredients:

1 medium or large cauliflower
1 regular jar of pasta / pizza sauce
1 yellow onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 handful of fresh basil leaves chopped (more to serve)
dried oregano
olive oil
garlic salt
black pepper
paprika
dried oregano
dried mixed Italian herbs
1 tbsp sugar
Dustin all purpose flour
1 egg
3/4 cup of Panko bread crumbs
3 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
fresh mozzarella cheese
salt and pepper to taste

cook 200c – 400f
sauce on cheese on light brown - serve
