What is Work-Life Unbalanced, and why should you even spend a second watching this video?

I didn’t get into business for the money.

I fell into it accidentally, because I was obsessed with progress.

I started in fitness. Pushed my limits. Sharing the journey online.
(Before it was cool… in 2015🫠)

It took me years to make any decent money.

But I did it for the love of it: coaching, content, eBooks, courses, events, webinars…
You name it… I tried it.

Along the way, I scaled my online coaching company, PB Academy, to 250+ active clients, with a full team of coaches and a serious sales function.

Then during the pandemic, we took on an impossible challenge.

I partnered with my dad to take over a run-down, spit-and-sawdust gym.

But let me be clear, this journey isn’t your typical success story…

I lost £100,000s in bad investments, poor hires, and buying into services that promised the world… and f***ed me over.

That pain sparked a new mission: To solve the online trust pandemic.
Scepticism is at an all-time high.

That means genuinely good people, with good services, struggle to grow…

While the ones who understand the online game are winning, even if they’re scamming people.

That’s why I’m building again… And this time, I’m documenting everything.

I’m sharing the expensive lessons I wish I had at 16, when I was just trying to figure out how to build a real service business that actually helped people.

Those lessons cost me £100,000s in time, money, and mistakes.
