Chocolate cake 8 inch recipe :

Plain Flour ( Maida) sifted 1 1/2 cups
Cocoa powder 1 tsp
powder sugar 1 cups
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Oil or butter 1/2 cups
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Eggs 2

Add gradually and mix

Bake for 25-30 mins (450f - 230c)
Oven should be preheat

Chocolate cream recipe :

250g whipped cream
250g any chocolate slab
2 tbs sugar
1 spoon butter

Bring whipped cream to boil then add chocolate slab in it with butter and sugar
Wait 5-8 mins and then mix it
keep it in fridge for 1-2 hours


Chocolate buttercream recipe:

4 tbs of chocolate cream
3 tbs of buttercream
Mix them together


Buttercream recipe:

Butter 250g ( room temperature)
Icing sugar / sugar powder 1 cup ( or add as per sweetness you want to keep)
Milk 2 tps
Vanilla essence 1 tsp

Beat them together for 8-10 mins

Chocolate ganache recipe :

100 whipped cream
100 any chocolate slab

Bring whipped cream to boil then add chocolate slab and mix it well
