This is a video I put together to support a Lean awareness course I've designed for work. The idea is that we run the video then hand out the story board and area plan and ask the teams of attendees to take 20 minutes to identify and map the process wastes and come up with process improvements. If you would like a copy of the paper work then let me know in your comments and I will forward. Please feel free to use the video as you see fit, its not brilliant but it does the job!
