Arthur Ray has been featured in movies, recognized with the Spirit of Detroit Award for his great work as a Drama Director, and acknowledged as a great educator for over 20 years. He talks about the journey it took for him to get there.
I hope these videos inspire other people to find work that brings them joy and fulfillment and to not let fear keep them from pivoting to a position that is a better fit if necessary.
