Описание: In January 2025, 100 Buddhist practitioners from all over the world will gather in Austria to spent one month dedicated to the authentic meditation practice of "Ngöndro". With four sessions a day, guided by a learned monk and four experienced nuns, all participants will gain deep insight into the practice- making the retreat a potentially life-changing experience. The retreat will take place in the serene setting of the comfortable meditation center Gomde Austria, nested in the pre-alpine mountains, surrounded by woods. There are a few places left!
