METHOD:

Poofs, Ruffles, and Curls

Bottom: Ruffles with 3 Curls

Top: Ruffles with 2 Curls

Ribbon Tails:

Cut Ribbon Tails 12in long


Bottom- Cut Ruffles 20in long and Cut Curls 10in long

Top- Cut Ruffles 20in long and Curt Curls 10in long

For Bottom you will need 10 Pink Ruffles cut at 20in, 20 Stripe Curls cut at 10in, and 10 Green Curls cut at 10in

For Top you will need 8 Pink Ruffles cut at 20in and 19 Stripe Curls cut at 10in
