7 zone, programmable rain barrel waterer - $70 - Open source, full build & schematics

Описание: I got tired of moving hoses around to water things in the interior of the orchard, so I designed a 7 zone waterer that runs on a schedule for $70. It uses garden hoses or irrigation lines (I buried irrigation lines to the interior of the orchard).

Wires
Wall supply/plug to connect to 12V supply
Small gauge solid copper wires (18 is fine) to connect 12V supply to various components

Supplies for the build
Resin - any clear expoxy resin will do, you need very little, just a coating on the outside of all components that hold water. Apply with a tiny paintbrush, like you find in a kid painting set. Like this: https://www.amazon.com/TQELFSS-Leveli...
PLA filament for 3d printer - any type will do
Screws, locking washer, nuts - to hold the roller in the arm in place, to attach brackets to center circle, to connect pump/power supply/electronics to the outer circles
A few drops of oil, on the roller/arm and zone loops to lubricate
Soldering iron/solder - not totally necessary, but it makes all electrical connections more secure
