Does the Bible Condemn Beards?! | Leaving Legalism

Описание: This is the first video in my "Leaving Legalism" playlist. For the first 10 (or so) years of my Christian life, I was taught that men should be clean-shaven. No man with a beard was allowed to minister in our church. Since beards were frowned upon, almost no man in the entire church had a beard - certainly no spiritual man. I began asking questions and was given run-around answers. No Scripture was ever provided, so I began to study the topic for myself. As strange as it seems to outsiders, the topic of beards was a major catalyst in our leaving the Pentecostal Holiness church we attended, and eventually the holiness movement. In the coming videos I'll be exploring different standards of dress and entertainment and the biblical basis (or lack thereof) for each.
