It's time for a very overdue update on my 950 Challenge...
I haven't posted in a year and I owe you all an explanation. Anxiety, illogical fears and a negative self identity are a crippling combination that can set your "flight"/self-protection mode into overdrive. After some much needed self-analysis this is what I have concluded I was doing.
It's time to take that first step to getting back on track by posting this video and taking daily proactive action to build my skills and confidence!
