It is a really good game but one of the levels is broken, there isn't a bridge to cross the gap so I can't complete the level

When the ball collides with other balls, it often jumps up which can cause you to miss a letter. also, sometimes letters with spawn only once per map, so if you miss it you will be forced to wait out the rest of the level. Once you upgrade a bunch, it only takes 10 or so balls to reach Z, and then you meaningly progress to higher colours for no extra reward. The fix is easy: once you reach Z, you should go back to A with double rewards. That way if you miss a letter, it will come back later on.
