It’s clear there was already a war weariness here, as the standoff between the US and Iran is having dire consequences on the economy.

Food inflation has reached 113 per cent, Iran's highest rate since the Second World War.

So as the strikes were being exchanged Monday morning, we went down to the area of the grand bazaar to see how people were feeling about a return to war.
